Delivery Time

Generally the products is shipped within 3-4 working days from the day order. It takes around 10-12 working days for delivery company to deliver the products.

We design all our products keeping in mind your sports journey. Quality is at the heart of everything we do. So if you're having second thoughts or our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back. No questions asked. We back everything we make with a 7-days return policy.

Return it the way you receive it
We prefer to receive our products back in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Manufacturing Defects
In case of a manufacturing defect, we take complete responsibility to take it back. No questions asked.

Please Note - Cheema Sports team retains the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution (exchange, partial or full refund)

Some things we just can't take back

We do not accept a return on perishable goods (food and drinks), products with a hygiene concern (undergarments) and personal safety equipment.

How to return an online order in store?

4)Select the nearest store to you 5)Drop the product to selected store

How to return an online order by post/courier?
Write to info@cheemasports.com with order id, products being returned, along with valid tracking id & courier name with which order is being shipped. Without these details we won't be able to take the action on your return.

Note: Enclose product(s) and package up securely. Please include a note stating your order number, name, contact details, reason for return.

How long does the return process take?▾
Pickup of the product will be done within 4-5 business days of you raising a return request. (Note - Keep the product ready in its original packaging)

When will I receive my refund?
Refund will be initiated within 24 hrs from when the product has been picked up/dropped at the store. You should get an email confirmation that the refund is initiated.
Within 7-10 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you should receive a refund via the initial method of payment used to place the order.
